The 2024 Pathfinder range has been expanded, reintroducing a more accessible entry point to Nissan’s adventure-ready family SUV, with the ST-L now joining the Ti and Ti-L in the three-model lineup.
Available in both 2WD and 4WD, the ST-L joins another reintroduced entrant for 2024, the Ti 2WD, to bring the total number of grades and driving configurations in the Pathfinder family to five.
“We have always wanted as many people as possible to experience Nissan’s adventure-ready family SUV and the reintroduction of the ST-L grade only expands the Pathfinder’s appeal further,” says Nissan Australia Marketing Director, Sriram Padmanabhan.
“With eight seats, the choice of two- or four-wheel drive, and the confidence of a powerful-yet-efficient V6 engine, the Pathfinder ST-L has room for everyone to go almost anywhere.”
While it might act as the entry point to the Pathfinder range, the ST-L grade benefits from a host of luxurious features and touchpoints, including 18-inch alloy wheels, dusk-sensing LED headlights with High Beam Assist and daytime running lights, LED front fog lights, a powered tailgate and roof rails come as standard.
In the cabin, the Pathfinder ST-L delivers a drive experience that’s both capable and comfortable, thanks to its 7.0” TFT Advanced Drive-Assist® Display, 10.8” Head-Up Display and 9.0” touchscreen with navigation, inbuilt Android Auto™> and wireless Apple CarPlay®>, and four USB ports. Heated front seats and tri-zone air-conditioning ensure ultimate comfort in every seat.
The ST-L grade also benefits from the full suite of updates first introduced with the launch of the all-new fifth-generation Pathfinder, including its commanding road presence, delivered through its strong front face, wide stance, flared arches and shorter front overhang (versus the previous design).
Like the rest of the Pathfinder range, the ST-L is equipped with Nissan’s powerful direct-injection 3.5-litre petrol V6 (202kW @ 6400rpm and 340Nm @ 4800rpm), paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Capability remains at the heart of the Pathfinder in the ST-L, with an impressive 2.7-tonne braked towing capacity# unlocking exciting weekend adventures, while the Drive and Terrain Mode Selector can shift between Standard, Sport, Eco, Snow and Tow modes in 2WD models, while 4WD models add Mud and Sand modes.
