Important Update from Nissan Oceania

The Australian and New Zealand Nissan Corporation and Financial Services (“Nissan”) experienced a cyber incident on 5 December 2023, which impacted our systems.

We have now restored our systems and continue to work with our global incident response team and relevant authorities to investigate the extent of the incident.

Nissan has also notified the Australian Cyber Security Centre and the New Zealand National Cyber Security Centre.

Our finance customers have the ability to self-service information on the accounts they hold with us. The Customer Portal gives our customers the ability to maintain and view information such as:

  • Payout quote
  • Loan statements
  • Balance enquiry
  • Update contact details
  • Make a one-off payment to your account

If you are unable to self-service, please submit an enquiry and a representative will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
