MyNISSAN Navara delivers connected confidence, every time you drive.

Before you begin, make sure you’re in your vehicle with your phone nearby, then follow the steps below.

Step 1: Download and open the MyNISSAN Navara App

Download the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App from your device’s app store.

- Download from the Apple App Store

- Get it on Google Play

Once installed, open the app to begin.

Step 2: Create your MyNISSAN account

In the app:

- Select your region, country and language

- Tap LET’S GET STARTED

Step 3: Add Your Vehicle (VIN)

When you are near your vehicle, select SCAN OR ENTER VIN.

You can:

- Scan the VIN using your phone’s camera (flashlight will turn on automatically), or

- Enter the VIN manually

The 17-digit VIN can usually be found:

- On the driver’s door hinge area, or

- In your vehicle registration documents

Once you have confirmed the VIN, review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
 Note that VIN numbers do not use the letters I, O or Q.

Step 4: Continue Setting Up Your Account

- Enter your email address

- Create and confirm your password

- Enter a 4-digit PIN code, and then re-enter it to confirm. Please remember your PIN for future reference.

Step 5: Pair Your App To Your Vehicle

1. Make sure the vehicle gear is in Park and the ignition and engine are off, with all the vehicle doors closed

2. Navigate to the Connect Vehicle screen on the MyNISSAN Navara app and click Continue

3. With the Remote Keyless Entry in your hand, review the Prepare for Pairing screen and tap Start Pairing

4. Within 30 seconds, press the Door UNLOCK button on your Remote Keyless Entry and wait for the doors to unlock. Then press the Door LOCK button and wait a moment for the doors to Lock

5. If successful, the mobile app recognises that the doors were Locked by the Remote Keyless Entry, and you will see a Confirmed message.

If unsuccessful, repeat steps 1-4 above.

6. Within one minute, press the Door UNLOCK button on your Remote Keyless Entry. If successful, you will see a Confirmed message.

7. Then you will see a Registration Complete screen. Touch Continue.

Once the setup is complete, you can sign in to begin using the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App.

FAQ’S ABOUT MyNISSAN Navara Services

WHAT SERVICES CAN I DEACTIVATE AND HOW?

You can deactivate and cancel your connected services by browsing to the Account Setting page in the Mobile App, select 'Cancel Account' and then 'Cancel my account'.

Please note you can not deactivate features individually, use of this function will lead to all MyNISSAN Navara features being deactivated.

You can disable location-finding of the vehicle using the below steps, if you wish.

In equipped Navara vehicles, the GPS location of the vehicle as shown in the Vehicle Finder feature is kept up-to-date only if you have turned off "Limit Shared Vehicle Data." Follow the steps below.

1. Turn on the ignition.
2. On the infotainment menu screen, press the "Info" button.
3. From the Info screen, press "NissanConnect Services."
4. From the NissanConnect Services screen, press "NissanConnect Services Settings."
5. From the next NissanConnect Services screen, press "Vehicle Data Sharing."
6. From the Vehicle Data Sharing menu, toggle “Limit Shared Vehicle Data” to OFF.

If you accept this option, then the Vehicle Finder will display the last captured location prior to turning on "Limit Shared Vehicle Data."

HOW CAN I TELL IF A VEHICLE HAS BEEN REMOVED?

The MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App allows you to remove a vehicle from your account.

- If you have one Nissan vehicle and you remove the vehicle from your MyNISSAN account, your sign-in to the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App will be disabled.

- If you have more than one Nissan vehicle and you remove one of the vehicles from your MyNISSAN account, your sign-in to the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App will NOT be disabled.

To remove a vehicle, turn off the vehicle’s engine, and then follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to your account on the MyNISSAN Navara Mobile App.
2. Select "Account Settings" by selecting the gear icon on the home screen.
3. Select "Manage Vehicles."
4. Select "Remove Vehicle" and review the summary of actions associated with removing the vehicle.
5. Specify if you are able to turn off the engine before continuing.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RE-ACTIVATE SERVICES AGAIN, ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DEACTIVATED?

It is possible to re-activate services, even after deactivation. Please call the Nissan Assistance Centre on 1800 035 035 or email csc@nissan.com.au.

When a MyNISSAN subscription is allowed to expire or when you cancel your subscription, the Telematics Control Unit in your vehicle is no longer registered on the mobile network. Remote operations and other services will no longer be available.

You can renew your subscription to MyNISSAN Services after your trial period expires, after a paid subscription expires, or after your subscription is cancelled. However, please note that it takes some time for the vehicle to re-register on the network. If the MyNISSAN Services are not working after your purchase, it is recommended that you turn on the vehicle manually and drive for a minimum of 5 minutes before attempting to do remote operations.

I HAVE BOUGHT A USED NISSAN, HOW WILL I ACTIVATE THE SERVICES?

If you have bought a used Nissan vehicle, the previous owner has most likely removed the car from their app. To check this, register for an account.

If a problem occurs, please contact the first owner to remove the vehicle from their account or contact the Nissan Assistance Centre on 1800 035 035 or email or csc@nissan.com.au.

The MyNISSAN Navara Services trial period starts from the original sale date of the vehicle and continues, regardless of resale or ownership change, within the term of the trial period.

If the vehicle is resold as a pre-owned or certified pre-owned vehicle during the trial period, the new owner is entitled to the remainder of the trial period according to the vehicle's original sale date. The trial period does not restart at the point of the "new" sale date.

If the trial period has expired when the pre-owned vehicle is purchased, you will need to purchase additional services to use MyNISSAN.

HOW DO I REMOVE A VEHICLE?

You can delete your MyNISSAN Navara connected services by browsing to the Account Setting page in the Mobile App, select 'Cancel Account' and then 'Cancel my account'.

I WOULD LIKE TO SELL MY VEHICLE. HOW DO I DELETE MY DATA?

You can delete your MyNISSAN Navara connected services by browsing to the Account Setting page in the Mobile App, select 'Cancel Account' and then 'Cancel my account'.

Once your account is cancelled, the vehicle will be removed from the App and all profile information will be removed.

Why can’t I find “MyNISSAN Navara” in the App Store?

If you can’t find the “MyNISSAN Navara” app, it may be because your phone’s language setting isn’t set to “English (Australia)”.

When a device uses another language, the app may appear in the App Store under the name “Nissan Rogue PHEV.”

Once you download and open it, all branding and content will display as “Nissan Navara” inside the app.
