Powertrain

Every all-new Patrol is powered by a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 drawn from Nissan’s VR engine family, producing 317kW and 700Nm through a nine-speed automatic transmission. It delivers 19kW (approximately 6 percent) more power and 140Nm (approximately 25 percent) more torque than the outgoing Patrol, with peak torque available earlier in the rev range.

It incorporates a scavenger oil pump that maintains lubrication on steep inclines and off
camber terrain, so performance is sustained in exactly the conditions Australian Patrol owners
seek out.

Chassis and suspension

The all-new Patrol is built on an all-new ladder frame that offers 40 percent more torsional
rigidity than its predecessor, with multi-link independent suspension, and the adoption of
electric power steering.

Ti-L and Ti-L+ introduce Intelligent Dynamic Damping e-Damper suspension, which continuously adjusts damping to conditions. Ti-L Reserve and PRO-4X add Adaptive Air Suspension paired with Intelligent Dynamic Damping, allowing ride height to be raised off-road to improve approach, breakover and departure angles, and lowered when the vehicle is shifted into Park for easier entry, exit and cargo loading.

On the highway, Adaptive Air Suspension lowers automatically at speeds above 90km/h and raises again below 70km/h, supporting fuel economy and cruising comfort.

Exterior — A bold presence

Defined by its commanding proportions and sleek design, the all-new Y63 Patrol makes a bold
statement on the road and beyond.

At the front, Nissan’s signature V-motion grille is wider and more deeply integrated into the bodywork than on any previous Patrol, giving the vehicle a strong, imposing stance.

The front lighting signature is one of Nissan’s most prominent recent design statements. The headlamps combine two interlocking C-shaped LED elements on each side, creating a distinctive "double-C" motif, flanking the grille and echoed at the rear in the tail-light design.

The PRO-4X brings a distinct visual identity inspired by Nissan’s off-road heritage, including a three-slot grille treatment that harks back to Pathfinder and Navara. This is complemented by distinctive Lava Red accents across the exterior, including the tow hooks, wheel-cap lettering
and D-pillar. A unique front bumper fascia is designed to improve the approach angle, while over-fender flares, 20-inch black-painted alloy wheels and all-terrain tyres reinforce its rugged character.

Interior — the first right-hand-drive look

This announcement marks the first official look at the right-hand-drive interior of the all-new Patrol. At its centre is the widescreen Monolith display, featuring dual 12.3-inch infotainment displays on Ti and Ti+, and larger dual 14.3-inch displays from Ti-L. NissanConnect connected car services# with Google built-in and Google Gemini AI+ are standard across the range, as is tri-zone automatic climate control.

Materials step up through the range, from synthetic leather seats and a leather-accented steering* wheel on Ti, to genuine leather-accented* trim, heated and ventilated front seats and massage functionality on select grades. The driver’s seat offers massage on Ti-L+, while

Ti-L Reserve adds massage functionality for both the driver and front passenger. Ti-L+, PRO-4X and Ti-L Reserve also feature Biometric Cooling with an in-built pollen and particulate filter — a Patrol and segment first. The system, which activates once per ignition cycle, monitors passenger temperature on entry and automatically adjusts the climate control to set up a comfortable cabin temperature for the journey ahead.

Patrol

“Zero Gravity” seats in the first and second rows further elevate long-distance comfort. On select grades, Kumiko quilting draws inspiration from the traditional Japanese craft of assembling intricate geometric lattice patterns without nails or glue. The interior architecture also reflects two Japanese design principles — ma, the mastery of space, and iki, extraordinary craftsmanship delivered with restraint.

Patrol

Technology and safety

ProPILOT is standard from the entry Ti grade. Every grade features a 3D fixed Intelligent Around View® Monitor with invisible hood ‘skeleton view’— fixed on Ti and Ti+, and with 3D rotation from Ti-L — giving the driver a view of the terrain beneath the vehicle.

From Ti-L, the range adds a Head-Up Display and a 12-speaker Klipsch premium audio system. The system reproduces every frequency with precision, from crisp highs to resonant lows, to create the depth and impact of a live performance, and is tuned specifically for the Patrol. Ti-L Reserve adds dual 12.8-inch second-row entertainment screens.

Trailer blind spot warning is standard across the range, with trailer docking support and electric brake controller standard on Ti-L Reserve and PRO-4X.
