Important Update from Nissan Oceania


The Australian and New Zealand Nissan Motor Corporation and Financial Services (“Nissan”) experienced a cyber incident on 5 December 2023 that has affected the personal information of some of our customers, staff and other stakeholders.
 

We have completed the majority of notifications to individuals who were affected, and all of our systems have been restored to normal operation.
 

Nissan has notified, and continues to communicate with, the Australian Cyber Security Centre and the New Zealand National Cyber Security Centre on our cyber incident response, including in relation to a secondary data breach by our external call centre provider, OracleCMS.
