myNissan Capped Price Service Program 1. These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the operation of myNissan's Capped Price Service Program (the Program) at authorised Nissan Dealers and are effective from 1 December 2010. 2. The Program applies from the Manufacturer's Warranty start date as set out in the Owner's Handbook (or recorded in Nissan's database) for up to six years or the first 120,000kms of driving, whichever occurs first. The Program will provide the opportunity to obtain a capped price service for the first 12 x 10,000km interval standard Scheduled Services only. 3. In these Terms and Conditions: 4. The Program applies to all Nissan Vehicles but excludes: 5. The Program is only available from authorised Nissan Dealers. 6. The entitlement to services under the Program is transferable on change of ownership, and remains with the vehicle until the expiration of the Eligibility Period. However, entitlements under the Program are not transferable to any other vehicle. 7. Under the Program, entitlement to receive up to the first 12 x 10,000km Scheduled Service intervals is for no longer than the duration of the Eligibility Period. 8. The Program provides capped price servicing on the standard items in each Scheduled Service where the vehicle has been used under 'Normal' driving conditions (as set out in the Owner's Handbook). Vehicles that have been used in 'Severe' driving conditions, as set out in the Owner?s Handbook may require additional work, and also additional servicing at more frequent intervals. The additional work and these additional services will not be covered by the Program. 10. The Program does not include items such as: 11. Your authorised Nissan Dealer will advise if any such additional items require attention prior to the works being undertaken. Your consent will be requested before your authorised Nissan Dealer completes those additional works. 12. It is your responsibility to ensure that you present your vehicle for servicing at each Scheduled Service interval or within six months of the previous Scheduled Service, whichever occurs first. 13. You acknowledge that if you miss any Scheduled Service, additional work may be required (at additional cost) when your vehicle is presented for its next Scheduled Service. 14. The capped prices for each Scheduled Service may be amended from time to time to reflect changes such as the cost of labour, parts, lubricants and other materials. Please check with your authorised Nissan Dealer to confirm the capped price for your next Scheduled Service at the time of booking. 15. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. Amendments will be published on the myNissan website and will take effect immediately on publication. |
