NISSAN GT-R DECLARED 2009 WORLD PERFORMANCE CAR

The GT-R has received the prestigious 2009 World Performance Car award, presented by Mobil 1 and announced at the 2009 New York International Auto Show at the Jacob Javitz Center in Manhattan. The GT-R was chosen from a field of 23 cars that included the Porsche 911 Carrera and the Corvette ZR1. The fifty-nine World Car jurors were from twenty-five countries throughout the world so this truly is a global award.
